Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, or any time before we start making your piece — message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Once your piece is in production, personalised orders cannot be cancelled because they are made specially for you.

Returns

Because every piece is handmade and most are personalised, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Small variations in colour, pattern, bubbles or texture are part of handmade resin and concrete work and are not defects.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video if possible.

We'll remake and resend the piece at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5–7 working days.
