What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address — to make, ship and update you about your order.

Text and photos you add to personalise a piece, and the preview of your design — only to make your order.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

Only to fulfil your order, contact you about it, and handle refunds or issues. We don't sell or share your details with anyone except the courier delivering your order and Razorpay processing your payment.

Your photos

Photos you upload are stored privately and seen only by our studio. Photos from carts that are never ordered are deleted automatically within a few days. Photos used in an order are deleted on request once your order is delivered.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll respond within 7 days.

Cookies

We only use what the site needs to work, such as remembering your cart on your device. No advertising trackers.
